Refund Policy

Eligible for a Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if:

• You are a new customer purchasing an eligible standard proxy or VPN plan.
• Your account is in good standing and has not been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
• The plan is not a custom or enterprise plan with separately negotiated terms.
• For proxy plans billed based on usage, any refund may be reduced by the amount of service or bandwidth already consumed.

Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Proxy bandwidth or usage already consumed.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
• Custom or enterprise plans governed by separate agreements.
• Renewals or purchases made after the applicable 30-day refund period.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription to prevent future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund.

Where a prorated refund is offered, the amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the applicable subscription period and any service already consumed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@zohrvya.com and provide:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your order or transaction number
• The reason for your refund request

We review refund requests and, when approved, generally process refunds within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to credit the refunded amount.

Cryptocurrency Payments

For cryptocurrency payments, approved refunds may be issued in the original cryptocurrency or another refund method available to us.

Where a USD-equivalent refund is used, the applicable exchange rate will be determined at the time the refund is processed. Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate, so the amount received may differ from the original cryptocurrency amount paid.

Refund Abuse & Consumer Rights

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended to circumvent these terms.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
