Zohrvya provides proxy and VPN services, including residential proxies, ISP proxies, datacenter proxies, mobile proxies, VPN subscriptions, related APIs, dashboards, and supporting infrastructure.

Our services provide access to network resources and IP connections. We do not sell or transfer ownership of physical servers or other network hardware to customers.

Service availability, IP addresses, locations, traffic limits, and other features may vary by plan and may change over time.

2Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Do not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, contact us promptly.

3Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful and permitted by the websites, applications, and services you access.

9Intellectual Property

All rights in the Zohrvya website, branding, software, APIs, dashboards, documentation, and related content belong to Zohrvya or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our services for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit our services except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

10Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Zohrvya for the applicable services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

14Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zohrvya, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

15Suspension and Termination

You may stop using our services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, misuse our services, create security or operational risks, or where suspension or termination is required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the affected services will end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
